Q: What can I do now with my appliance that is leaking water?
A: Look around or under your appliance for a water shut off valve, try to close it. Often there is a shut off valve near where the tubing comes through the wall. Also, shutoffs can frequently be found in the basement under the appliance. You may have to do your best to follow the supply lines back until you find a shutoff further up. As a last resort you can use your main water line shutoff.
